Colorado is a city where colors matter more than money. Before the Day of Colors, thieves steal RGB capsules from a police van. The mayor hires ex-commissioner turned detective, chameleon Cameron, and his partner alpaca Paca. The trail leads to Greyland, a black-and-white town for the poor. They learn the capsules are meant for fireworks to color Greyland. Cameron must choose between reward and others’ happiness. He chooses Greyland, lighting the sky with color.
